A Brief Personal Process

      U Sun Y u was born on March 3, 1918, in the Thegon Township, Pyay District, Bago Region. He pass the entry exam of university from Shwe Taung Hight School and attended the second year of Yangon Medical University in 1942. Because of participation in student activities and student strikes, he was unable to continue his schooling, and in 1942 he entered the  Burmese Liberation Army from Pyay Township. Then he was appointed a military retired officer, and before the revolution, the Burmese Defense Forces, the Burmese Defense Force (2) commander, and the Fascist. The revolution was involved in attacking and security, and taking the lead in the operation of the National Armed Forces on the western side of the western part of the country.  After attending IOC and UEOS courses at the 2nd Battalion in 1946, the district of Pyapon was involved in the operation in Armenia as a crackdown. Commander-in-Chief on January 23, 1947, Lieutenant Commander-in-Chief of the Commander-in-Chief of the 3rd Armed Forces, No. 1 Commander-in-Chief, Commander-in-Chief of the Lieutenant-General, Deputy Commander-in-Chief on May 29, 1951, September 17, 1922, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces on March 9, 1956.In February 1959, the Commander of the Northern Hemisphere, the Commander of the Northwest Command in November of that year, the Second Army Chief of Defense on February 15, 1963 On April 20, 1972, he served as Chief of Defence ,  The Chief of Defence, the Chief of Defence, the President of the Armed Forces, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Commander-in-Chief in 1974.Then, on April 26, 1974, the secretary of the State Council, retired from the army on March 3, 1978, and the Revolutionary Council He served as Secretary-General of the Central Committee of the Socialist Way Party of Myanmar, Minister of National Planning. Additionally, in 1981 he served as chairman of the Party Working Committee, the Chairman of the State Committee, and the President of the Republic in July 1988. President San Yu died in January 1996, leaving four children behind.He served as the fifth president of Myanmar from October 9 to July 25, 1981.
